For women’s retreats, conferences, and ministry events
Your women will leave with permission, not just inspiration.
Event planners book Rose because they want their women to leave changed. They bring her back because they do.

Booking a speaker is a risk. This one is worth it.
You put a lot of work into your event. You want your women to leave changed, not just charged up. The hard part is trusting that a speaker who sounds great on a website will actually deliver in the room.
Rose has spoken at more than 40 events a year for the past decade. She knows what it means to show up prepared, to read a room, and to give women something real to take home. Not a highlight reel. Not a performance. A message that stays with them.
Speaking Topics
Three messages built for the women in your room
Every talk is grounded in Scripture, honest about real life, and shaped around your audience. Rose does not give the same talk twice. She listens to what your event needs and builds the message from there.

01
For any audience
Holy and Still Anxious
For the woman who loves Jesus and still lies awake at 2am. She is not doubting God. She is exhausted, quietly ashamed that her faith has not fixed the fear, and she needs permission to be honest. This talk brings her to Scripture that meets her there and sends her home with a real next step.

For women’s ministry and retreats
On rest, margin, and trading the hustle of proving yourself for the peace of trusting God. Many women in the room are running hard and running empty, convinced that slowing down means falling behind. This talk names that lie and gives women a practical way to start living from trust instead of pressure.
02
03
For leaders and teams
Leading on Empty
On ministry burnout, and how to keep serving without losing yourself. The women leading your teams and ministries are often the last ones to ask for help. This talk is honest about what burnout looks like in a leader and what it looks like to keep serving from a full place instead of a depleted one.

“I have planned our women’s retreat for six years. Rose was the first speaker where I had women reach out to me the week after to say thank you. Not for the retreat in general. For her specifically.”

Retreat Coordinator, Crossroads Community Church
“I was worried the topic of anxiety would feel heavy for our event. It was not heavy. It was honest and hopeful and real. Our women needed exactly that and did not know it until Rose said it.”

Meet the Speaker
Rose knows this room because she has sat in it
For years Rose was the capable one. She showed up, held it together, and looked fine doing it. Inside she was anxious and exhausted, sure that stronger faith should have fixed it. That breaking point became the message she now brings to women across the country.
She has spoken to more than 15,000 women, written one book (Held Together), and spent over a decade walking alongside women in the hard seasons. She is not a counselor or a therapist. She is a woman who has been where your women are and came out the other side with something real to say about it.
How it works
Three steps from here to your event
01
Tell Rose about your event
Fill out the short inquiry form. Tell her who your women are, what your event looks like, and what you are hoping they walk away with.
02
Rose shapes the message to fit
She will respond with questions, ideas, and a clear picture of how she can serve your specific audience.
03
Your women leave with something real
Not just a good morning. A message they will carry with them.
