Hi, I’m Rose

For years I was the capable one. I showed up, held it together, and looked fine doing it. Inside I was anxious and exhausted, sure that a stronger faith should have fixed that.

It took a breaking point to teach me what I tell women now: you can love Jesus and still need help, and needing help is not a lack of faith. I am not here to replace your doctor or your counselor. I am here to remind you that rest is allowed, that you are not alone, and that your story is not over.
